Breithornwatches.com reserves the right to make errors and omissions in prices and descriptions, price changes, typing errors and sold-out items. Order At breithornwatches.com you can order items via our website. If you have an inquiry about items that are not on the page, you are welcome to contact us. When you shop with breithornwatches.com agreements are made in the following languages: English. It is possible to get translated into Danish, German, Swedish. It is not possible to see previous orders by logging in to the website. If you want a copy of your order confirmation, send an email to info@breithornwatches.com

Payment When you order items at breithornwatches.com, you can choose to pay for your order in one of the following ways:

YOUR ORDER
Breithorn Watches only sells products to individuals who can purchase with a credit card or debit card or a PayPal account. Following card or debit cards are accepted: Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Mobilepay or a PayPal account.

Mastercard / Visa: At Breithornwatches.com, you as a customer can choose to pay with Dankort, Visa, Mastercard. If you pay with these, the money will be deducted from your account when the goods are shipped. The actual payment takes place, to secure your data, via a secure connection to PBS (Teller). Free shipping worldwide

Breithorn Watches offer free shipping on all orders included local taxes. The expected delivery is between 3 and 8 working days. All packages are provided with a tracking number.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email update with shipping details along with the associated tracking number. Please follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order. Order to Denmark is send by Postnord private delivery. Order to other countries is send by DHL private delivery.

WARRANTY
Breithorn Watches are warranted to the original consumer/purchaser against breakage and or malfunction under normal use due to defects in material or production. The 2-year Warranty includes all components and craftsmanship of the movement and watchcase.

The warranty does NOT cover:

  • Battery, crystal glasses, strap, or bracelet.
  • Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents or normal wear and tear.
  • Self-inflicted unnecessary water damage.
  • Repairs if the watch was not originally purchased from an authorized

Defective watches covered by the 2-year Warranty will be repaired at our cost or replaced with a new identical watch at our cost if repair is not commercially possible. The warranty is invalid if the watch is misused, abused, tampered with, or taken apart, or if the timepiece is repaired by an unauthorized entity.

warranty working process:

Kindly contact: info@breithornwatches.com, before initiating the procedure, please include the following in your email.

– Your name
–  address (street, city, state, zip code)
– phone number
– Email address
– A short explanation of the defect
– A photo of the defect
– Proof of purchase (invoice and/or warranty card)

Once Breithorn Watches has reviewed your inquiry, and we have approved the warranty work we will ask you to securely pack your watch (kindly do not include gift boxes) in a postal package. The customer, will pay for the return shipment and we advise using an established international courier service (GLS, POSTNORD, UPS, FEDEX, DHL etc.) to minimize the risk of the watch being lost during transportation.

In most of the cases the repair will be completed within 2 weeks after receipt.

Breithorn Watches covers the return shipment and repair or replacement for warranty work.

Returning process: 

We accept returning watches within 30 days from the days of reception the goods purchased at breithornwatches.com. However, the right of return presupposes that the item is returned in substantially the same condition as upon receipt. If you have regretted your purchase, or need to have your item exchanged, you will have to pay for the shipping costs yourself. Your money will be returned as soon as possible after we have received the item returned and checked that it meets the conditions for the right of withdrawal. When you return the item, please state what the problem is, as detailed as possible. Note! We do not accept packages sent by post. cash on delivery or similar. Remember that the item must always be sent back in proper packaging. When the right of withdrawal is exercised, you must pay the postage yourself to send the item back.
